Disrespectful customer service. No accountability to management. Contracted movers were Fly-By-Night. Extensive damage, never recovered. The salesman will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign. This company is more concerned about legal paperwork to duck out of the responsibility of paying for damages. Inexperience, carelessness and poor loading practices. Everything the salesman assured us on was later recanted as "Not in the paperwork signed." No matter how much you prepare you can never be ready for the unethical practices of this company. They may be the cheapest quote but don't believe them. They definitely serve their best interests and are well versed in refusing responsibility for false promises or damages. If you use this company you WILL be sorry.
