Packing for College Moving to college is an exciting time for every inexperienced young person looking to leave the family fold. Due to this, would-be college students often go overboard when they’re deciding what to bring with them. When you’re moving to college, think about the bare essentials and what’s already been provided: a desk, mini-fridge, bed, bookcase, coat hangers, etc. Be sure to find out what is acceptable and what isn’t prior to moving in. Also, a good way to reassure and comfort your pet for the flight is by giving it something you wear, such as an old sweater.
