Settling Bills Make sure you settle any debts and outstanding bills you may have with local businesses before you leave. Be sure to label them properly before putting them away! Properly Packing Boxes Keep in mind that your movers will more than likely inspect your boxes for safety reasons. On moving day, be sure to single out which boxes require careful handling as you go through your inventory. Movers will also point out any boxes they think aren’t properly packed. If this happens, the mover will likely suggest that the boxes in question need to be repacked or reinforced. And label your boxes with which room they are to go into at destination. This will help during the unpacking as the boxes will be in the correct area. Moving Your Fish It's important not to feed your fish for several days prior to the move. This is to insure that your pets' digestive systems are cleared and won't contaminate the water; fish tend to excrete a lot when they're stressed. Have a large cooler prepared for transporting your fish in their respective plastic baggies. Make sure to secure the bags with rubber bands.

Tried really hard
The carrier Budget Van Lines matched me with didn't work out in the begining due to a technicality, but after calling Budget Van Lines they sorted things out and got a new carrier out to pick up my stuff. Although it was an inconvenience for me, Budget tried their best to make it right and that was enough for me to be happy with their service.

This company did it for me
I must say I have not used many moving companies in my life (this was the first time i was moving), but Budget Van Lines really helped me figure it all out. It took some time before i got used to the idea that i wasn't going to be living in the same place anymore, but things change and this time it was for the better! I didn't have any problems and pretty much thanked them all that i could. Thanks for the move!

surprised and impressed
As a military brat, I've moved a lot in my life time. I tried out Budget Van Lines for my last move (from Seattle to San Diego) and I have to say, these guys know their business. The BVL representative I called handled my move very professionally. I probably could've found someone else to do the job, but I doubt anyone would've done it as well. You have my recommendation!

Great job moving
I really do appreciate everything that this company has done for me. Budget Van Lines really did give me the peace of mind i needed. Our household is a very hectic place to begin with. I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old and to tell you the truth they are a handful! When my husband brought me the news of our big move i was worried it would be harder than we could handle. Long story short, Budget Van Lines to the rescue! They helped us out in finding the right moving company and now were sitting in our new home safe and sound. The only complaint i have is not hearing about this company sooner.

I\'m really happy
You have got one happy customer here! I'm not sure if i would have gotten the same deal if i didn't use Budget Van Lines. The salesman that worked with me gave me a quote that was $400 cheaper than the national moving company i called 10 minutes earlier. The move was pretty hassle free as well, didn't have any major problems and moving the furniture seemed too easy to imagine. Definitely use this company in the future.
