Registering In a New State When you’re moving long distance, you should prioritize what items should be packed first amongst other considerations. Registering your car is also something to be aware of since you’ll assumedly be crossing into another state. Loading the Trailer If you’re loading your boxes into a truck, be sure to get the heavier items inside first and the lighter items towards the back of the truck. Moving Grandma
We have used Gentle Transitions twice to make the move easier for Grandma. She suffers with Alzheimers Disease and is really disoriented when anything in her life changes. They were wonderful, setting up her living space so similarly that she was comfortablle immediately. They arrived on time, were very throrough, packed and unpacked. Soon they were finished... in a matter of hours...I'll use them again.
