WE FOUND ALL MY SONS MOVING IN THE YELLOW PAGES AND APPRECIATED THE PERSONAL TOUCHES WHILE SPEAKING WITH DOMINIC. HE WAS VERY FACTUAL AND HONEST. WE WERE TOLD OF ALL CHARGES THAT WOULD OCCUR THE DAY OF THE MOVE, NO SUPRISES THERE. THE MOVING CREW SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY MOVED US FROM A 4 BDRM TO A 6 BDRM, PLUS WE HAD A STOP AT A STORAGE FACILITY. THERE WAS NEVER A PROBLEM WITH THE CREW OR THE OFFICE STAFF. ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS WERE HANDLED WITH CARE AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY CLAIMS TO FILE FOR DAMAGE. THEY DID A REALLY GREAT JOB. IT ACTUALLY WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AND WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THE RICHMOND OFFICE.

The men moved my 2 bedroom ground floor apartment to a 2 bedroom third floor walk up apartment on a really hot day last month. The men were very polite and courteous. They were fast and did an excellent job. I would hire them again. No damages.

We moved from a 2 bdrm house to another 2 bdrm house within Charlottesville on one of the hottest days in July. These guys were terrific! They made extra effort to get things up some crazy stairs. Even with the heat, they moved quickly and didn\'t take extra breaks. Of course, I made sure we had plenty of bottled water for them. But they didn\'t even leave the bottles laying around, they took their trash with them which really suprised us. Orlando, Phoott and George were very professional and courteous. The quote was right on and dealing with the office staff was very pleasant, no problems there. If we ever need to move again, I will certainly call on All My Sons in Richmond without hesitation.

Moving Your Pool Table
The difference between a piano and a pool table is that the latter can be disassembled. If you don’t want to spend a lot of time taking apart your pool table, make sure to have a prepared path for the movers. Check to see if the path is clear by ridding anything that may be blocking the way. Also, pay attention to the walkway outside and make note if the sidewalk is broken, etc.
Moving Kits
Once you’ve decided to move, you should look into moving kits for the supplies you need. More often than not, moving kits are offered at discount rates. If you were to purchase these items individually, you would end up spending more and possibly, missing some supplies. A moving kit is a great way of getting everything you need to move at a great price.
Oil Paintings
Oil paintings require special handling when you move. Be sure to use non-acidic plastic wrap for the painting before wrapping it again with protective material such as bubble wrap. And just to make sure your painting is well-protected during transit, get a picture box to pack it in.
Wiping Up Residue
Once you move into your new home, take some time to check inside your cabinets and drawers. The management most likely had pest control take care of any extra roommates after the last tenant left, but you can never be too sure if the pesticides are harmful to people. Get a dishrag and wipe inside your drawers and cabinets.
