Packing Electronics Some basic things to take care of as you pack your electronics include ejecting any cassettes, compact discs, videotapes, or DVDs out of their players. If you’re planning on putting your electronics in storage for a long-term period, don’t use plastic as this could potentially cause damage to them by trapping moisture inside. Using the original boxes is often your best option because the boxes are already fitted for the specific dimensions of your electronics. Moving Your Pool Table The difference between a piano and a pool table is that the latter can be disassembled. If you don’t want to spend a lot of time taking apart your pool table, make sure to have a prepared path for the movers. Check to see if the path is clear by ridding anything that may be blocking the way. A great way to help them figure out which boxes go where is by taping names to the doors. Also, try mapping out the floor plans of your new house so they know where to go.
