yesterday i moved to a new apartment with my wife and i used them for the move. actually one of my friends suggested me to hire them. so, i called them and after having a long discussion with the sales guy, i had a feeling that they would be perfect for my move. i was right. movers came on time with packing materials, vans and all necessary tools and began their work. they did everything right. they were very careful while packing, efficient while moving and very organised while storing. i did not get a single chance to complain. it was a very smooth move and fast as well. i am very happy with the service that i got and i am obviously recommending them.

If you are looking to hire a very good, reliable and speedy moving company then just go for them. They would provide you the smoothest move possible. I have used them just couple of days ago for a 2 bed room apartment move. I did not feel the heat of the move. Movers were so good that I never felt that I am moving. I am more than happy with what I paid to them because they gave me the best value of my hard earned money.

I called TLC movers hoping to have a good moving experience as I was moving to Virginia. It turned out to be a disaster! The person who secured my order had no clue what she was doing. They quoted me a price and then called back several days later to tell me that quote was wrong. It was going to cost me more money. That same person also messed up the moving dates(I requested a 2 day move). Due to time constraints I was pretty much forced to stay with TLC. The movers came and they did work hard and were good guys but I have several pieces of furniture damaged and I am missing some boxes. Overall, the laborers were not the problem. During the move as I was driving to Virginia, the owner of the company became involved and told me that I would NOT be able to use my credit card to pay but I had to pay cash or a bank check.(needless to say I had not been able to set up a bank account in Virginia at the time). So I paid cash and that has set me back to say the least.
Overall, the experience moving with TLC was a disaster and I don\'t recommend doing business with this company. I was treated very poorly by the owner. Most of the employees I dealt with were nice (except of course for the person I originally placed the move with). In fact, there were several employees I spoke to who thought the owner is not a good person and treats customers poorly. They could not believe that the owner made me pay cash during the middle of the move.
