Oil Paintings Oil paintings require special handling when you move. Be sure to use non-acidic plastic wrap for the painting before wrapping it again with protective material such as bubble wrap. And just to make sure your painting is well-protected during transit, get a picture box to pack it in. Measuring Doorways Your new home may look nice and comfy, but there are some things you should keep in mind before you move in. One such detail is the width of your doorways. Be sure to measure them so you can figure out whether or not you can move your furniture and appliances in without any difficulty.
