Your Emergency Backpack It’s a good idea to have an emergency kit or backpack ready as you move to your new home. You should reserve this backpack for unforeseen cases and pack it appropriately with all of the essential items. For example, you should have a small toiletry kit, bottles of water, a change of clothing, a first aid kid, and a flashlight in there.
Packing Your Printer or Scanner Any remote devices you may use with your computer, such as your printer and scanner, should be packed separately in their own boxes. Be sure to disconnect their respective cables and cords. If you don’t have the original boxes for these devices, pick an appropriately sized box for each and fill it with protective material to prevent any possible damage during transportation.
Helping the Kids Adjust Kids can have a lot of difficulty adjusting to the idea of moving. You can make the process enjoyable for the kids by planning and packing with them. If it's possible, give them a blueprint or a sketch of their new rooms. Ask your kids what they would like to do with their rooms like colors and designs. Sit down and go through their toys. If you're relocating to a dense city where parking is typically a premium, be sure to check in advance about any restrictions you may encounter on moving day. Also, if you're moving into an apartment complex, you should keep security in mind. Leaving the door propped open can pose a risk to your neighbors.

They tell me to call to come and get the boxes and then I call and I am told oh we don\'t know when we will be back out there, it could be awhile. They were very rough with my boxes and broke several items of mine. They put very heavy boxes on top of fragile boxes which is why so much stuff was brokes even though they were packes extremely well. I would never ever use these people. They also took advantage of our kindness and became rude at the end once they realized they were almost done and could leave. We went out of our way to be considerate and hospitable to them and we were taken advantage of! Use someone else 1.0000

I set-up Gator Moving for my daughter Josyane, who was moving from Gainesville to Alachua on 8-13-11. All furniture had to be transferred to the 3rd floor. The supervisor had a fantastic personality, and even gave my daughter emotional support over her broken marriage. Another worker had just lost his mom, and decided to work through his grief. Freeway Moving & Delivery John Nicholas 6 Dec 2010 Freeway movers moved my furniture from Gainesville FL to Sebri... Freeway movers moved my furniture from Gainesville FL to Sebring FL. All of my furniture was carefully wrapped and moved without anything getting scratched. Because of the delay of my move-out date from Gainesville to my move-in date in Sebring, Freeway Movers stored my furniture for a week and then moved it into my house when I was able to get into my home.
