This Company has no desire to do the right thing. They do not ...
This Company has no desire to do the right thing. They do not return calls,emails, or voicemails. They have lost or misplaced over 3k worth of my property. Almost every piece that showed up was damaged. They do not post any info on how to make a claim, they are rip off artists. There\'s got to be something that can be done to protect the consumer from doing buisness with them. I spend most of my nights wondering if my stuff has been sold or auctioned off. They refuse to provide me with my inventory sheets which its stated in the contract that I am entitled to. I have filed complaints with the BBB, and am about to contact a attourny to see if there is anything I can do to get my things back. I am now going to contact the travel section for the US Army and ensure these people are black listed from our system. Not going to let them do this to another soldier..

I wish I had read these reviews weeks ago. I had the worst experience with movers I have ever had and I have moved a lot. I just moved last week, a short distance in Orlando with two rooms of furniture and they scratched every piece I had. One of the movers, told me he was using dirty furniture pads, everything was dirty! First they presented me with some sob story about the computers being down and could not take a credit card. Now, I know that is because after this experience I would have stopped payment to them on the card. So...after I spoke to Cody, I had to go to an ATM and withdraw money. Once they got to my new place, they wouldn\'t remove items until I paid them. I didn\'t realize the damage and dirt until everything got in my place, and then I called Cody to tell him. He could have cared a less and told me to file a claim but he could not tell me what the procedure was, would only give the phone number. It has been a nightmare trying to get through to these people. Today is the 8th and I finally got a live person on the phone but still don\'t have the information on how to file a claim! Do not use these people!

They are the NEIGHBORS FROM HELL....PLEASE I AM WARNING YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT PRICE THEY QUOTE YOU IT WILL BE A LIE......
Cody is the Truck Driver Manager Lee is the sales manager & Holly is the storage manager they are all from hell itself...If you don\'t curse this company will have you swearing up and down in every way. I used this company without doing my research and what a mistake that was... I used them to pack my belongings they said they would come at 8:00a,m they did not come until 11:00pm then they used boxes from uhal and charged me double the amount they half packed everything and I was left paying $1600 and still had to pack my items then the next day late again ...these people knew already how much stuff they were to move they took there time and stated oh we do not have enough room in our truck so we will have to leave and then come back to reload and we are still on the clock while all this is going on so that charge was $1200 then said oh if you use our storage we will give you 2 months free (don\'t fall for that) they charged $650 for handling fees to load and unload storage and I didn\'t even use it for a month and they did not disclouse this amount ahead of time. So when you think things could not get any worst IT DID these people asked for me to send all documents ahead of time and to fill out authorization for final move I did all that the day before the move so we would not have any problems WRONG I call there company to ask them when they would be arriving they come to my home at 11:00 in which they state we must get all money in cash or we will not remove your items from the truck I call Holly to clear the matter and she acts just as confused and then says this matter must be handled with Cody after she was the one that demanded I sent all documentations ahead of time SO NOW I AM IN A ROCK AND A HARD PLACE so now I am forced to go to the bank and all this time the clock is ticking for their hour rate I gave them money orders because I refused to give them cash and then they tell me oh we do not have all your stuff we have to go to the warehouse to obtain the rest of my things in which I leave close to 2 hours away from the storage and had demanded that all the items be placed on 1 truck for 1 stop when they came bacl the demanded an additional $383 dollars for overtime pay since they had to travel back ...that\'s a bunch of @#%^ police was called because I was about to loose my mind and hurt someone. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE SAY THEY ARE LYING SONS OF @#$% THEY ARE NOT NICE PEOPLE AND ONCE YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY CANNOT BE REACHED THEY HAVE THESE DRIVERS AND MOVERS DOING THE DIRTY WORK FOR THEM AND MOST HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR THEM FOR 1-3 WEEKS
Read these reviews and take it to heart that these people are in for the money this last move cost me $2181.00 and they did no kind of set up furniture is everywhere my clothes are on the floor because they had no wardrobe racks as promised...I would like to file a class action lawsuit for the Orlando branch anyone want to join the fight please contact me at Samara.inspire@gmail.com so that no one else has to suffer like I did
