Keep in mind that the security box should be small enough for you to transport yourself.

So I hired this company to simply move a 2 bedroom apartment into storage and I was taking the red eye that night to Hawaii. Well they were supposed to be there at 1 pm which is cutting it close but they had another move early that morning so I figured I\'d be alright they seemed like a pretty reliable company. So 4 o\'clock rolls around I am PANICKING turns out there truck broke down and they just figured w/e so I am blowing up the companys phone and counting on them to move me in time... (had this planned and booked 3 weeks prior) they never show I end up having to change my flight which cost about five hundred dollars and call another moving company and pay emergency costs to get them out the next day. They owner literally said \"sorry i dont\' really care and theres nothing I can do the truck broke down\" well they could\'ve called me immediately... they could\'ve gone and rented a truck to fulfill there job and not leave me hanging... literally it was the worst experience of my life. They owners are all foriegn and speak horrible english so it\'s hard to have a conversation with them. I had to give them a large deposit to reserve them to move me and it took them nearly 2 weeks and my bank starting an investigation before it was even returned to me for a service they never showed up for! PLEASE find another company... they are not cheaper then other companys (acutally pretty equal) and WAY less professional. 1.0000

I do not agree with BBB\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s review. The positive experience was with the people actually packing my stuff and loading and especially, the people who delivered my goods. I was told I could use a credit card and that my goods would be delivered as requested 2 days after pick-up. Rec\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'d a call the day I was to get delivery that they their credit card machine was down and would not be fixed for 10 days. I needed to wire them money or send a money order for the first half of the payment. Was told they would not even work on delivering the load until they received the money. Rec\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'d paperwork at the same time as my pick up date and was not explained anything. After being able to review the paperwork, I saw where I could have, for an additional fee, had a firm delivery day. As it was, I waited one week before delivery. Also, when I called, no one ever called me back. I had to spend over $18 to overnight a money order when it wasn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t even my problem. I feel I was lied to about even being able to use a credit card. Tiffany, the sales person who got my business, seemed very nice but I realize they are only getting paid for the business/loads they receive. This company is simply non-professional and do not seem to care at all once they have your business and belongings. Also, it ended up costing over twice as much to move. Was told I would get credit for wiring the money so should get it for overnighting which actually cost more. Another positive, I did receive all my things and in good condition. 1.0000

Then broke almost every piece of furniture we entrusted them with. Even though contract states they accept credit card payments do not believe! Once they have your furniture they will demand cash after that and threaten you with the delivery of your furniture. Forced my wife to travel with movers in semi to wire cash or they would not release our furniture. Then everything was destroyed which I believe they knew! Driver told us everything was thrown in a pile with absolutely no care! Avoid them!!! 1.0000
