We booked On Up Movers several weeks prior to moving for 9:00am on Saturday. The night before the move they called to ask if we could change it to 6:00am. We told them we wouldn't be ready, but could do it at 8:00am. When they didn't show by 9:00am we called them. They claimed they called us back the night before and re-scheduled us to 3:30. Well, 3:30 came and went and still they didn't show up. We called and left several messages, but no one returned our calls. We in quite a pickle without having the help we had depended on to move the heavy objects. By 5:00, their answering machine wouldn't accept messages any longer. We gave up and had to scramble to find replacement movers at the last minute which was a total nightmare. We called them on Monday and asked why they never showed up and were told that they got busy with other moves. We can't believe that they would leave someone high and dry without even a phone call to let us know they weren't coming. We don't want this to happen to anyone else, so we are placing as many reviews as we can on the internet. Do not trust this moving company!!!
