I had called these people and scheduled for 3 men to come and move quite a few heavy items out of our house and into our shop (kind of a "move before our move"). We had several hours of work needed, moving exercise equipment, freezers, cabinets, etc. They seemed pleasant on the phone and even offered a veterans discount (my husband is a 100% disabled veteran). HOWEVER, exactly 1 hour and 15 minutes before they were to show Ed called and said they were not interested in doing our move! He stated that one of the 3 men called in sick and the other 2 had absolutely no interest in moving the kind of items we discussed. We had thought of using these people after our home sale closes in July but that is totally out the question now! They have left us to start over making calls and contacting others.....we live about 40 minutes from CDA and it is difficult to get people to come this far to begin with. We would have paid for the service, did not need any discounts, would probably have paid extra for the service! DO NOT TRUST PEOPLE THAT PROVIDE THIS TYPE OF NON-CUSTOMER SERVICE!
