From the first phone call through two semis of stuff moved (yup, two), Amenity was a pleasure to work with. When I got sick the week before the move, Sandy and Sarah came to my house to help with packing. They calmly came in and took care of everything! The moving crew was efficient, helpful and pleasant to deal with. All our furniture arrived safely and ended up where it was supposed to. I hope I don\'t have to move again any time soon, but would not hesitate to use Amenity again! Highly recommended. 5.0000

After talking on the phone 3 times with the office Girl and reiterating what I items I had to move with every conversation, I thought the estimate she gave would be accurate. WRONG The movers show up, moving slow, and after beginning stated that their paperwork from the office didn\'t include much of my belongings!! They told me they were out of time and would have to stop mid-move or I would have to pay hourly. To move a 1 bdrm. apartment less than i mile it took 71/2 hrs. and cost me almost a thousand dollars. They also broke two items and ripped a new leather couch. When I called to complain - I was treated rudely and dismissively. I would NEVER use this bunch of thieves again. BUYER BEWARE 1.0000

The guys that came out to help me move were polite, friendly, and fast. They showed up on time and the entire move from the west suburbs to a high-rise in the city was 3 hours! They even packed a few smaller items for me and moved the stuff from my car as well. Everyone I spoke to at the company was friendly and informative. 5.0000
