This moving company was so good and prompt, I was amazed. I had heard different stories about their services but decided to use them anyway because people have different views and different situations. Everyone deserves a chance and I was glad I took that chance. I was very impressed and satisfied with their professionalism,time and efficiency. It took them three hours for a job that may have taken me ten hrs without their help. Thanks for your hard work Guys.

The President of Ray\'s Moving & Storage(Jonathan DeWitt) sent me a letter stating he was sorry that his company damaged my property! But unfortunately accidents do occasionally happen. We are not paying for the dining room table we broke.
I thought the reason to hire professional mover was to prevent damage to the things you value!
Do not hire them!
They turned my table upside down and broke the glass top off from the base and cracked the base.
TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys moved me to Las Vegas from Chicago. Their truck was 5 days late. It broke down in Colorado, then ended up in LA. They never called me to let me know where they were. I sat for 5 days on the floor waiting for my furniture. When they arrived many of my things had been left at other clients\\\\\\\' homes which were mixed on the truck with my property. Other things were totally destroyed. Aa couple of kids were driving the truck across country. They didn\\\\\\\'t have a clue what they were doing. The company refused to reimburse me for anything lost or broken nor to answer my many letters and phone calls. I was livid. DO NOT deal with these fools. I tried writing the State of Ill Commerce Commission and the BBB of IL. I got no support because I was no longer an IL resident. If you hire them (if they are still in business) you are nuts!!!

We arranged a move at an hourly rate and were assured it would take less than 2 hours because we specifically scheduled it during the middle of the afternoon. Instead, the movers were several hours late, outside the promised time range, and rather than ask us or get directions for how to navigate the trip during rush hour, the movers decided to go directly through the Circle (the worst backup spot in Chicago) during rush hour! A simple call could have directed them to an alternate and much faster route. Of course, the trip took nearly twice as long, and they charged us $90 per hour for sitting in rush hour traffic in the Circle. Their reaction to our suggestion that they abide by their bait-and-switch offer to charge us for two hours--not their problem.
Moreover, they put a glass table--the only item we asked them to move--on the ground, chipping the edge. When we asked them to remedy this damage, they pointed to a clause in our contract where we allegedly agreed that the table was worth only $60, so they agreed to pay us only this amount. We would never have agreed that a $2000 table was worth $60, and we would not have hired movers for $300 to move a $60 table! At the very least, their contract was deceptive, but we wonder if they altered the contract after they discovered the table had been damaged.
Attempts to resolve the issue with customer service were totally unproductive. All we wanted was to be charged the $240 they assured us the move would cost (not well over $300) and to have the table repaired for less than $100, which should have been covered by their insurance. Their treatment of our move and our complaint were both shameful.

Do NOT hire these movers!!! They are HORRIFIC. They send unskilled workers who show up late, stand around smoking all day, damage your home and belongings and THREATEN YOU! The owners are just as bad, if not worse -- they are immoral, unscrupulous, unprofessional thieves that you should NOT ALLOW IN YOUR HOME! If I could have rated them in *negative* stars, I would have. Beware!!!
