Jewelry For your jewelry, it would be in your best interest to invest in a security box for safekeeping, preferably one with a lock. You should also get your expensive jewelry appraised and if you haven’t already, possibly insured before any large scale moves. Keep in mind that the security box should be small enough for you to transport yourself.
Using Your Old Shoeboxes For shoe aficionados, if you’ve kept the original shoeboxes that your collection of shoes came with, moving them will be that much easier. Not only will it save you from purchasing new boxes, it’ll also prevent any visual damage to your footwear. If you don’t have the shoeboxes your shoes came in, don’t stack them all into a single box without wrapping them in some protective cover individually.
Helping Your Dog Adjust Unlike your other pets, your dog will probably welcome a change in environment. That's why it's so important for you to walk your dog as soon as you arrive. This is the ideal time for your dog to familiarize itself with the new neighborhood. You can take this opportunity to establish certain boundaries in terms of streets and traffic.

When it was the day of delivery, they never showed. Three days later, after the found our furniture because they \\\\\\\"lost\\\\\\\" it, we rec\\\\\\\'d our house full of goods. After filing a claim over $10000.00 due to missing, damaged, destroyed items and fighting for over four months, we rec\\\\\\\'d our settlement through their insurance company. However, Apple Transfer itself is responsible for paying out a $1000 deductible to us, which to this day May of 2012, almost a year later, we still have not received. My husband calls 2-3 times a week inquiring about it and is always told to stop calling or that it has been mailed. It is about the principle of the situation at this point, not the money. There has not been one person that was friendly to us, helpful, or compassionate that most of our belongings were destroyed or missing. DO NOT USE this company if you do not have to. We should have known something was wrong when their packers told us they were late because they did not care about working due to their paychecks bouncing from their bank. 1.0000

Our computers (laptops) were packed by two of their movers but never arrived at the new location. No explanation just a bill. They arrived late, were rude and overcharged us for everything.
