This company flat out stole from us. Our computers (laptops) were packed by two of their movers but never arrived at the new location. No explanation just a bill. They arrived late, were rude and overcharged us for everything. The owners (Mr. and Mrs. Reid) almost threatened my life when I objected to the charges and our lost equipment. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Matthews Moving is a terrible moving company. They damaged several household items of mine and did a terrible job of packing with non-responsive staff. When I tried to collect onmy insurance on the household items they tried to prevent me from collecting because it would raise their rates. No integrity--do not use Matthews Moving under any circumstance.

These guys couldn\'t do enough for us. Even after we paid them, they asked us to take a tour of the house to be sure there wasn\'t something else we needed moved or that we didn\'t change our minds about furniture placement. They were polite, friendly, courteous, and assured our satisfaction. Clean and professional, these guys were top notch. I have never had movers of their level. They set the standard, in my opinion.

When it came time to move our personal belongings I was very stressed, worried, nervous, and my move day was everything but. I had an amazing experience and I was very pleased when it was over. My moving rates were more affordable than I could have imagined and it was just a JOB WELL DONE! The office staff were more than helpful and the movers were just as polite as can be. Well I see I\'m not the only one that is satisfied with Twins Moving. Well I\'m going to tell you all a little bit of my experiance with this company. I called them to move a few items of mine into my new apartment, The items were hevy so I had to hire some one and I\'m super glad I did because they are very well experianced in every way possible. I\'m happy I trusted them with my things. The thing were a grand piano, big wall paintings and a safe. The were very gentle with everything and protected it like their own. Thanx alot Twins
