Never have I been so disappointed in a company. Now I usually expect an item or two to bet broken in a move. Well in my move they shattered a lamp. Stripped my outdoor patio table set (rendered it impossible to re-assemble) and completely broke the back frame on my couch. Like I said I have moved many times before. I have learned to take pictures and record the items in my house before the move. When I applied to be compensated for these items, they said they were like that when they picked them up. When I said I had video and pictures they outright refused to look and them and said no payments would be made. Very dishonest company with dishonest people. Stay away. 1.0000
