My parents are in their late 70's and had to sell their 120 acre, 3 story, 6000sq ft home that they built 20yrs ago, due to health reasons. They lived in the Lebanon area. They were relocating down near me in the Joplin area. They had already purchased a smaller home in the Neosho area. Mind you, my dad has a very bad back and a heart condition, and my mom is nearly blind, hard of hearing and had just had a hip replaced in June of this year. I am the only daughter who lives in MO. My 2 sisters live in CA were we are from. We learned of the moving company thru a company who dealt with moving the elderly called smoothtransitionsswmo.com. I spoke to Mary Jane head of smooth transitions, and she said she only uses this company and they are trained and respectful of the furniture and very, very good. I called Liberty moving and spoke with Todd, owner of the comp, he came out and gave us an estimate on our home, which was including 3 trucks and 2 guys per truck. Load one day and unload the next day. There were 10 people moving my parents house. Very, very organized. Very respectful of my parents and their antiques. They moved thru the house loading the furniture, wrapping it in blankets, boxing things, super curtious, and very well mannered. Always a please or thank you was said, smiles and just absolutely wonderful. that was loading day. Unloading day was just as smooth. 7 young men and 1 young lady(loved her) were just as respectful and careful about moving the furniture in and the boxes. Very, very polite, and professional. My mom did not like the way her room was arranged so they came right back in and arranged it the way she wanted it. I can not say enough nice things about this company, I have never seen such a smooth oiled machine run in the moving business. They are A++++ in my book. you will not be disappointed.
