I was supposed to get my mattress today the 21st, but because of a phone number error by 2 digits being inverted, I now have to wait over a week to get it. They are located in SPARKS NV and I am not even an hour away from them. This really sucks.

I scheduled the move from Reno, NV to Hawaii last November 2010, and from the start, they were terrible. They first showed up at my storage unit 2 hours late, and with just a box truck and no packing materials. The crew boss said that they were going to load the truck up and take it to their warehouse to pack it and load it into 2 vanpacks. So I asked if I could accompany them to their facility to observe them wrapping and packing my goods and the gentleman said yes. Upon arriving at their facility, I was informed that I couldn't enter their facility to observe them packing because it was private property and there was a liability issue. The Supervisor there said, "That I would just have to trust them that it would be packed properly!" I recieved my goods in January, in Hawaii and I was speechless! Nothing was wrapped or packed(But I paid for that) and they stacked all the heavy things on the light things smashing most of my electronics(Bose System) and many other things! On top of that, I was also missing 4 items from the inventory list!! needless to say, I wouldn't recomend this company to my worst enemy! If I could, I would give them no stars on their rating!
