I really wish I was never used this company's service. I paid for all my parcels, and the last one was the most important one, because it was for my Mum's Birthday. I am from Ukraine and I wish no one ever has the feeling that you can't be with your beloved ones because of the war, to me it was incredibly important to deliver this package to my Mum on her Birthday, so she could feel that although I am far away, I am still with her. So it all started on September 22 when I got an email from Meest company, that I didn't pay for one of my parcels from August!!!!!!!...when the package was already delivered to Ukraine. And if you ever have used this service, you know that you cannot print the shipping label without paying for the package. And what I love about this company, they don't call you...no, they don't send you a text message...too much work...they will send you an email and will not respond when you send your answer. This is what happened I answered 2 days after their email and nothing. So what they did, they delayed my last delivery and the package is still in America, although I paid for everything (I can provide screenshots for my August shipment and my September shipment)...so my question is: what the **** is going on and how is that even possible to have this situation when all the bills for the service are paid. Do not use this company if the parcel is important to you. Period.
