Registering In a New State When you’re moving long distance, you should prioritize what items should be packed first amongst other considerations. Registering your car is also something to be aware of since you’ll assumedly be crossing into another state. Remember that each state has its own set of rules in terms of vehicle registration and tags, so be sure to research it prior to your move. That way, you can take the necessary steps once you’re there.
Loading the Trailer If you’re loading your boxes into a truck, be sure to get the heavier items inside first and the lighter items towards the back of the truck. This will prevent your truck from being unbalanced. Also, load the truck a quarter at a time and fit everything as tightly together as possible.
Plastic Durability If you have any plastic kitchen containers such as Tupperware, you can use these to protect your smaller more fragile items. If you want to insure a more shock-absorbent capacity, you can double-box the containers before placing your items inside.
Moving Your Armoire Armoires can serve in several different capacities, to house your television and entertainment center, a storage space for kitchen appliances, or as an additional compartment for your clothes. No matter what you choose to use it for, you should figure out exactly where you'll have the armoire situated before you move in. Check to see if it will be blocking any heating vents or cold-air returns and make sure that it won't be in the path of any door swings.

The owner, Dan, tries to bilk you of extra money at every chance. Once they got my belongings to my new home, Dan wanted $2,000 more than the original price. When I said I wouldn\'t pay any extra, he threatened to have the moving men stay until I agreed to the new price. I said I would call the police because they were trespassing, and he finally backed down. He was verbally abusive, nasty, and even refused to back his own employee\'s estimate. It was a horrible experience! 1.0000

I called around to several movers for quotes- one guy rudely told me to call another company while another didn\'t want my business at all. Sea-Cure welcomed my business, did a FANTASTIC job on both the customer service side and on the service delivery side. They offered suggestions I wouldn\'t have even thought of- so they really KNOW their business. The industry itself is full of unsavory chracters- but Sea-Cure is the class of the field and restores the tenants of outstanding business practice to the industry.
