I am missing some valuable items and family heirlooms. I would never recommend using a company from this low end part of town. You get what you pay for. From now on I recommend searching the truck at the end of a move, especially with this company. Beware !! 1.0000

Peers Moving Co Dennis S. 19 Oct 2011 October 2011 I had to write a letter of appreciation about ... October 2011 I had to write a letter of appreciation about Peers Moving Co. It was a very stressful time in moving into another home. The move was done in the August before school had started. We had to make a change with the moving date. You had called up other customers and had made room for us to move so we would not be ‘homeless’. When we had run into another problem, you had come up with solutions for us. The moving crew had taken such good care of our belonging and homes. I had bought putty to fix up the walls after the furniture was moved since the walls would probably be damaged. The walls were not damaged. The moving crew was a great group with good humor that took excellent care of our possessions. They went out of their way to position furniture for my wife (as she changed her mind!). The move was handled extremely well and I would recommend Peers Moving Company to anyone. 5.0000

Dishonest, poor planning - Lou is a liar and crook. \\r\\n\\r\\nThey sent a truck half the size i needed requiring multiple trips and charged me for their poor planning. Then they held some of my items hostage because it was 1am and I didn\\\\\\\'t have an extra $1000 lying around even though I offered a personal check for the \\\\\\\"overage\\\\\\\".\\r\\n\\r\\nLou the owner is inaccessible and will not take a call once the move has started. I mentioned my bad experience to friends in the Princeton area moving into very large homes and they have used other movers based on my advice. Luckily this is business Lou will not be getting.\\r\\n\\r\\nWorst moving experience I\\\\\\\'ve ever had. Stay away! \\r\\n 1.0000

Morgan Moving & Storage LTD Pam Sutton 10 May 2011 I used Morgan to relocate from Kennett Square, PA to Newark, D... I used Morgan to relocate from Kennett Square, PA to Newark, DE. Our belonging we in storage for approximately 6 months. When our furniture was delivered there was an incredible amount of damage. We filed a claim for nearly $4,000. The movers showed up late both on the pick up and the delivery. It took them much longer than quoted. The also scraped many walls and hardwood floors. The company didn\'t bother to call after the move to inquire how it went. Nor did they apologize for all the damage done. I have moved 8 times and have never experienced such poor work. I would never use this company again. 1.0000

Move For Less Millyvanilly 3 May 2011 This moving company moved someone around the corner from me, o... This moving company moved someone around the corner from me, on another street, on Sat., 4/30. While exiting my neighborhood, the truck pulled a wire from my house, ripping the vinyl siding, which is only 4 years old. The driver, Gabriel, stopped and very nicely left all the company info with my neighbor, who witnessed this incident, and said to call the office on Monday, if there was a problem. My husband noticed the ripped siding after the truck pulled away. We have filed a police report. I called on Monday, 5/2,and first spoke with Pat, the manager, who screamed at me and hung up, AFTER saying it was MY responsibility to find out who the customer was and that the insurance claim went through the customer. I said I had NO idea who the customer was, what house they were servicing, and that it should not be my responsibility and don\'t they have records? They said they only had pick-up records, not delivery records on their contracts, ABSURD! Called back same day (Mon) and spoke with Alex, who said he would get in touch with Gabriel (driver) to verify what happened and call me back. No call back today, Tues., 5/3, so I called and spoke with Michael, who tells me NOW that they have NO responsibility for a utility wire hanging in the street. It was not hanging in the way and had been there for several years and thousands of deliveries and other types of trucks going down the street! I asked why Gabriel on Saturday would have said, \"any problems, just call the office,\" and he said he is only a driver. I asked why Pat and Alex yesterday said it had to go through the actual customer\'s contract, for insurance purposes, and that they needed to speak with Gabriel to verify things, if they are not responsible for the damage? He did not give me a satisfactory answer to this question either. I hung up. PS I had to pick one star in order to post the review, but they deserve no stars! 1.0000

USA Express Moving & Storage chanova 7 Apr 2011 I spoke Dana; she made feel that I could trust here, she has S... I spoke Dana; she made feel that I could trust here, she has Sam come out for in home quote. I have received quotes from other major companies such as Bekins and Mayflower. That bet USA Express movers, Sam betted the price, so my husband and excepted. Both Dana and Sam stated that move should take 7no longer then 10 days. I advised Dana that we are looking to ship is a car. Dana stated that they don’t provide that service, however she recommend and provide a referral to Able Auto Transport. Dana help with set up, we sign the contract on 03/16 and my husbands car was to be picked up on 03/18. It seems after we sign the deal Dana was no longer in the picture. The Car people came three days late and my husband had to drive to empty parking lot at midnight to deliver the car, we paid 925 for the crappy service. When I email Dana to ask is this is reflection on their company or what to come know answer from her. Sam insured us everything will be good. Driver did come on the day that they stated. Driver was friendly. Very nice, and told three and me other people that day that the furniture should be there following Tuesday. They came 03/28/2011. So when April 4 came around I call to check up on my furniture status, spoke Jennifer, advised her of way\\hat driver stated, how they drive 900 miles a day and it will be here by 4/5/2011. She stated that her driver would never say that, and became very defensive. I ask when are furniture will here stated that it will be on 04/10-04/11, I made plans for family and friends to help. I recievd a phone call today stated that are furniture will be on delivered now on Monday or Tuesday of next week on the 14 day. Jennifer was rude when ask to speak to a supervisor stated that they wont be able to move process faster, would not allow me to hold for a superior either, kept passing through a voicemail. Dana finally got to phone with an awful tone, being very defensive. Stated to look at my contract, even though I had verbal confirmation from three of her employee when my furniture will arrive. The thing is she was defensive as well. She didn’t offer in asstant in anyway, no discount, no real remorse. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I will go to the BBB. After they sale to you, you are of no importance to them. I’m still waiting… 1 star i hope they have my furniture in good standings 1.0000
