The Price Isn't Always Right Low cost movers do exist as impossible as it may seem. Unfortunately, like all good things, it requires a little time and searching on your part. Keep in mind however, just because a carrier is offering a ridiculously low cost estimate, that doesn’t make them the best choice. Referrals, reviews, and investigation are still needed for the final verdict. Packing Your Table Lamps When packing your table lamp, make sure you have an adequately sized box to accommodate it. If you can't find a carton that fits the size of your lamp, a dishpack carton will work as a substitute. Make sure you line the bottom of the box you're using with enough cushioning. So before you start packing your table lamp, remove the bulb and the lampshade. Wrap the lamp's cord around the base. Avoid using packing tape as it may strip the paint or outer coating of your lamp. Afterwards, cover the lamp in bubble wrap and fold over the edges on the top and bottom before you tape. Put the lamp in the box and fill any spaces with extra bubble wrap to prevent shifting during transit. Packing Your Lamp Shadees Your lamp shades should be packed in a separate box from your lamps. Avoid using newspaper as stuffing material as the ink may cause stains on your shades. Use clean packing paper or bubble wrap to protect your lamp shades' linings. Try stacking your lamp shades into a single, large carton with packing material between each. Preparing Pots and Pans for Moving Although pots and pans vary in size, you can usually nest about three of each together in a single carton. Make sure you have large enough pieces of packing paper to cover the entire interior of your largest pan and leave some cushioning on the bottom of the crate. The first pot or pan you place inside the box should be the smallest in size. The pan or pot should be upside down with several sheets of packing paper on top of it before you stack the next one. Once you've stacked three, fill the spaces with packing material to prevent shifting.

Princeton Van Svc Horrible experience. Dishonest, poor planning - Lou is a liar ... 1.0
Horrible experience. Dishonest, poor planning - Lou is a liar and crook. \r\n\r\nThey sent a truck half the size i needed requiring multiple trips and charged me for their poor planning. Then they held some of my items hostage because it was 1am and I didn\\\'t have an extra $1000 lying around even though I offered a personal check for the \\\"overage\\\".\r\n\r\nLou the owner is inaccessible and will not take a call once the move has started. I mentioned my bad experience to friends in the Princeton area moving into very large homes and they have used other movers based on my advice. Luckily this is business Lou will not be getting.\r\n\r\nWorst moving experience I\\\'ve ever had. Stay away! \r\n
