Frankies Express Inc anne gentile 6 May 2013 was told by mover he has insurance my tv console stand was tur... was told by mover he has insurance my tv console stand was turned on its side in elevator and pressure was put on door which caused it not to close hinge was bent and front molding out of line causing doors not to close his insurance is a $500. deducible the cost for someone to come in is $175. so he offered me $125.and thats all he is paying not to say also bedroom dresser was damaged on the side and material chaise lounge was torn in the back where that was placed on side not bothering with those things i feel he should pick up the whole $175. very upset with this company 1.0000

Brand new furniture damage did not care about our pieces just threw our stuff round, The workers only cared about if they can get the job on return, Would stay far away from there are more reputable companies.
