Packing Your Mirrors Packing mirrors require special attention. You can safely wrap your mirrors in tissue paper or cover the mirror face with masking tape. However, if you have more expensive mirrors to move, you should consider investing in boxes that are specifically designed for transporting mirrors.
Take Your Time Unpacking Once you reach your new home, stretch out your unpacking by prioritizing what’s needed immediately. Assembling your furniture ought to be first on the list. If you're on a full-term lease, you may be liable for an early termination penalty. If it's possible, schedule your move-out date around the same time as the end of your lease to avoid paying for the penalty.
