They Busted up my Brand new expensive baby crib, than tired to throw some paint on it and give it back inless than 4 hours and admitted they had to make a decision on cost and it was cheaper to throw some paint on it and give it back than rent a crib and fix it the right way. They also Broke expensive irreplaceable china, they packed my china in with screwdrivers and other hardware items and wrapped it in with 1 piece of wrapping paper around each and than over lapped them. They voided my mattress warranty, and destroyed my mattress by just throwing it in the truck with nothing covering it and soiled it with dirt and other stains from inside the truck. throw parts of my kids trampoline from outside which had dirty on it up againsts my box spring to my mattress. Gouged my leather couch. mind you all this stuff is about 3 months to 1 year which on my all my inventory was spotless showing there was nothing wrong or no marks on anything I had. Didn't put stoppers in the back of my front loading washer. scratched my crystal vase, damage my rental property walls and door frames when moving my property out. Dragged my BBQ through my kitchen, dinning room and over my carpet in the living room throw the front door instead of walking it around the side of ther house. along with many other things damages. would not recommend them at all if you want your stuff in the same condition you had it in before they handled it. They will insult you and tell you, that things getting damaged is just a part of normal wear and tear and you should expect it.
