We were moving my deceased MIL\'s furniture after we had sold her house and hired All Pro Movers. Within a mere 3 hours they loaded the truck and unloaded various furnishings to 3 separate locations!
The men who performed this task were congenial and knew exactly how and what they were doing. Here\'s the clincher- It only cost $330!
Go ahead, get other movers estimates. I assure you, you will not find a more economical option.
We will definitely use All Pro Movers in the future.

This company is the worst company EVER. I can\'t even begin to explain the complete disreguard they had towards my belongings, my home and my children. Swearing and cussing like they were sailors while my six year old was standing right in front of them. Banging up the walls in my house!!! I was prepared to tell them to leave at pickup but i had to be out that day then i waited 2 months for my stuff turns out they didnt have a truck going out to california and my stuff sat in storage for 2 MONTHS!!

They Busted up my Brand new expensive baby crib, than tired to...
They Busted up my Brand new expensive baby crib, than tired to throw some paint on it and give it back inless than 4 hours and admitted they had to make a decision on cost and it was cheaper to throw some paint on it and give it back than rent a crib and fix it the right way. They also Broke expensive irreplaceable china, they packed my china in with screwdrivers and other hardware items and wrapped it in with 1 piece of wrapping paper around each and than over lapped them. They voided my mattress warranty, and destroyed my mattress by just throwing it in the truck with nothing covering it and soiled it with dirt and other stains from inside the truck. throw parts of my kids trampoline from outside which had dirty on it up againsts my box spring to my mattress. Gouged my leather couch. mind you all this stuff is about 3 months to 1 year which on my all my inventory was spotless showing there was nothing wrong or no marks on anything I had. Didn\'t put stoppers in the back of my front loading washer. scratched my crystal vase, damage my rental property walls and door frames when moving my property out. Dragged my BBQ through my kitchen, dinning room and over my carpet in the living room throw the front door instead of walking it around the side of ther house. along with many other things damages. would not recommend them at all if you want your stuff in the same condition you had it in before they handled it. They will insult you and tell you, that things getting damaged is just a part of normal wear and tear and you should expect it.

A quick note to let all know how knowledgable, professional, courteous and and well mannered THE MOVE MAKERS, INC. were when they performed the second move they have completed for our family. They were on time, wrapped ALL my furniture, explained what and how they were planning on doing things and to top it off the were $27.00 under the estimate on the first move and actually over $300 under the estimate on the second-an interstate move and we also let them pack as well. The crew contained an owner at ALL times. If you have the opportunity to use this outfit-by ALL means do it. John and Ryan are very great and super nice movers-request them if you can.

I would like for anyone considering moving with Murray Transfer in Wilmington to know that we had a horrific experience from beginning to end. It has been six weeks and we still have not received all of our belongings. Almost everything we have received was damaged. They changed the moving date and did not tell us directly. We found out from the packers. We found out later about 3 weeks after moving that the reason why the 2nd shipment was not delivered was because they did not have a \"qualified driver\"!! Well, they didn\'t have a problem charging our credit card 4 days before we even received our first shipment! We still have not received our living room rug! How do you lose a rug? Well after about a month they found it but it\'s over six weeks and no one from the company has bothered to pick up the phone to let us know the status of it. Not only that but they\'ve lost my wedding dress and 10 boxes that are not accounted for. The computer desks were damaged to the point they have to be replaced.
The packers were not very respectful in the handling of our belongings. Some of them (the packers) looked as if they just got out of prison and one person that was packing our stuff was homeless. I don\'t think most people would choose to hire (have these people) in your house much less going through your closets, etc. packing. I would highly recommend that you find someone else. It\'s been over six weeks and we\'ve received 2 shipments but still not complete. The credit card company reversed our dispute. So don\'t count on them helping you. They would prefer big business accounts vs. an indiviual. They say you can put in a claim but how do you know exactly what you paid for everything? How do you prove it? And, do you remember? All I know is everything is pretty much damaged and it looks like we bought everything 2nd hand. We bought our house 7 years ago new and most everything else was new and in pristine condition. I called the local television station but they didn\'t care either. Good luck to everyone out there trying to find a reputable company. My advice is don\'t use Murray Transfer.
