Organizing Packing Boxes Once you’ve figured out all of the packing supplies you will need, try grouping similar-sized boxes together. You should have separate piles designated for certain items. This way, you won’t have to sort through heavy piles for a particular box you need.
Basic Furniture Moving When moving furniture, make sure to remove any glass surfaces and pack them separately. Wrap them in moving pads to prevent any possible damage during transit. Never slide or drag your furniture along hardwood floors; carpeted dollies or furniture glides are a good investment for moving heavy pieces of furniture.
Wiping Up Residue Once you move into your new home, take some time to check inside your cabinets and drawers. The management most likely had pest control take care of any extra roommates after the last tenant left, but you can never be too sure if the pesticides are harmful to people. Get a dishrag and wipe inside your drawers and cabinets.
Moving Your Waterbed Before you move your waterbed, it may be in your best interest to invest in a protection plan in case it suffers any damage during transit. You'll want to drain the waterbed mattress with a drain pump, or if you're pressed for time, an electric pump which can deflate a waterbed mattress in half an hour. The time it takes to drain is contingent on what type of mattress you have and the water pressure. Once that's done, make sure you fold it from head to foot and pack it away in a carton. Make sure that there isn't anything inside that could potentially puncture it.

These people have since had the State of OR file an injunction against them to cease and decist operation. They were to get a bond for back employee wages over $19K. They seem to have a lot of yard sales and sell a lot of nick nacks, furniture, etc. They move a lot too first they have a lot in Bend, OR then they moved there operations to Prineville then somewhere else and then back to Prineville. About every 6-8 mths it looks like. Hmmm you figure it. 1.0000

I was hired to drive truck, for CITY MOVING, i,D made several trip for Angela, enen paying for some repairs and safty items myself, because otherwise the truck would have to set. Unfortionate for me,when it came to payday, I got screwed, Angela refuse to pay me the wages for driving for her,as well as reimbrusing for the repairs. I,ve since found out City moving and storage has several claims filed with the state for unpaid wages, and continue to practice this trait. Now would you want a company to move yours goods, who goes out of their way to hire people and not pay them? 1.0000
