We received a call from the police that my wife\\\\\\\'s old credit cards were found behind a church in Salem. We immediately started opening all of the boxes that were stored in our garage. We found that several items were missing or damaged. The total damage to us was around $4,000. We stopped payment on the check that we had given them. They sued us. We countersued and lost because we had signed the paperwork that they gave us when they finished putting everything in the garage. The paperwork said that everything had been moved to our satisfaction. FYI... NEVER sign the paperwork until you open up all of the boxes and inspect your property and NEVER do business with these thieves. 1.0000

This company is not for large moves or for high-end furniture being moved into higher-end homes. It is also more appropriate for local moves vs. out-of-town. They do not have large trucks; they underestimate the sizes of jobs; they damage furniture and threshold/wall trims; they do not take the extra precautions to protect your floors; they make excuses for everything and deny damage done; they do not take care of damage.
