I don't know what those other people were talking about when they gave these guys bad reviews but I did notice that the only ones who wrote bad reviews were people who never actually had them move their furniture. As a business owner myself, I have a policy about working with rude or nasty customers. I don't! If they had they would see that these guys really care about your stuff as if it were theirs. They wrapped every piece and took the time to make sure it was all loaded correctly. I called Upstate Movers after my "friends" failed to show up to help me. To tell you the truth, I'm glad they didn't show because they would have destroyed my new bedroom set which is solid oak. These movers carried the set up to the 3rd floor like it was made of styrofoam! Then they put it all back together without being asked. They were lifesavers when I was in a pinch and the pinnacle of professionalism. I didn't realize it until the end, but one of the movers was actually the owner!
