Fill Out Your Prescription Do you have prescription medication you need to take on a routine basis? Be sure to fill out your prescription before you move so that you don’t have to worry about it. On moving day, make sure your medication is separated from your other items so that they don’t get mixed with everything else being loaded onto the truck. Pack One By One Start packing one room at a time to help organize and prioritize all of your belongings instead of working on multiple rooms at the same time. Loading the Trailer If you’re loading your boxes into a truck, be sure to get the heavier items inside first and the lighter items towards the back of the truck. This will prevent your truck from being unbalanced. Also, load the truck a quarter at a time and fit everything as tightly together as possible.
