Very Dissatisfied
Very unhappy with Bluemound Express. One of the two movers they sent acted as if he were high on drugs. They packed the moving truck so badly that everything caved in and all of my furniture was damaged in the move. The movers on the other end were afraid to unload the truck because they didn't want to get crushed by the furniture. When I called to complain, the owner was very rude and uninterested in my problem. Also, I saw the movers wheel one of my belongings out my door and it was not on the moving truck at the other end of the move. I guess the movers decided to keep it for themselves. I have pictures of the inside of the truck and all of the damage.
